Designed to work seamlessly with the Campagnolo 11 Speed drivetrain, Record Ergopower shifters are constructed with the highest quality Carbon Fiber, with a design that offers outstanding ergonomics and esthetic appeal whilst remaining lightweight. The Ergopower brake levers feature a high fulcrum which allows for greater stopping power in all positions and improved modulation control. With Vari-Cushion shock absorbing silicone hoods and a No-Bulge cable housing path giving exceptional comfort for a wide range of hand sizes (optional insert for large hands). Campagnolo's Ultra-Shift technology provides greater control and flexibility during gear changes, whilst the compact mechanism takes up less room in the lever assembly. It allows you to move 3 speeds up and 5 speeds down the cassette in a single light and fluid action. With an improved leverage ratio and low friction cable housings significantly reducing the force required for shifting by 13% for the rear derailleur and 18% for the front.

The Record 11 speed cassette features 3 Titanium and 8 nickel coated steel sprockets, with a new frame design giving additional rigidity and torsional resistance. Despite the reduced thickness the cassette remains highly efficient, with an optimized tooth profile ensuring quick and fluid shifting.
