Our products are hand chosen and imported direct from Italy.

We encourage customers to contact us if you have any issues with our products or services in order for our team to resolve the issue as soon as we have become aware.

Speedworks ensures that all customer complaints are treated seriously with confidentiality. 

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME / SHIPPING

GEOGRAPHICAL RANGE

Speedworks takes orders throughout New Zealand and Australia. We do not ship internationally.

New Zealand

New Zealand orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order.

We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand. Delivery costs are calculated when you confirm your order.

We offer freight free ordering on all packages over $100. If you are ordering under $100 we charge a flat rate $5.00 up to 1kg, $10.00 up to 2kgs and $20.00 up to 5kgs.

We review these charges from time to time but the checkout system will reflect the current freight charge.

Australia

Australian orders are generally shipped within 3-8 days of placing your order.

We deliver to all addresses within Australia. Delivery costs are calculated when you confirm your order.

We charge a flat rate $10.00 up to 1kg, $20.00 up to 2kgs and $40.00 up to 5kgs.

We review these charges from time to time but the checkout system will reflect the current freight charge of your order.

 

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been prepared by our team. In order to cancel an order contact our team through email. If an order has already been dispatched please read our Returns policy.

 

RETURNS

If you have any queries, we are happy to offer advice on what product is best for you. We want to ensure that you get what you want, and that it meets your expectations.

 

If you do change your mind though, or you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return within 30 days of purchase, with exception to our bikes and frame sets as they are hand built to order.

 

We will provide you with one of the following options:

  • a store credit, which can be used to purchase anything from the online store (to the value of the product's purchase price).
  • a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price.
  • an exchange for another item of the same value (i.e. the same item in a different size or colour) or another product.

 

Returned products must be in the same unused condition that you received them in, with the original box and packaging, and with proof of purchase.

 

Please ensure you have selected the right bike, as returns cannot be accepted unless there is a fault with the frame or bike.

 

While most items are eligible for return, items on Clearance are marked FINAL SALE in their product details. Clearance items are not eligible for return.

 

RETURNING A PRODUCT

To return a product, please complete the returns form and return within 30 days via insured Courier of your choice.

 

Please carefully package your returns. You may be liable for any costs related to returned items being damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

 

Faulty items

If you receive the wrong product, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.

 

In the event that goods sold are not of acceptable quality or are faulty, we will either repair, replace or a refund your product, as set out under the Consumer Guarantee Act (1993).

 

Bikes are also covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us for details. If your bike develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us before returning the bike as problems can often be resolved without any postage costs being incurred.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please contact us if you are making any custom orders. This is evidently important for purchases in the Cipollini Bike range as these bikes are custom built for the customer, so it is important that the customer has chosen the right fit before purchase.

 

PAYMENT

Speedworks accepts the following payment methods: 

  • Master Card
  • Visa

We provide a user account system to store customer details for future purchases. However it is not necessary to have an account with us to make a purchase, simply use the guest checkout if you do not have an account or wish to create one.

 

PRIVACY

Speedworks is committed to protecting privacy of customers and site visitors.

We respect the importance of customer privacy on the internet and will not disclose customer information to third parties except when providing a service to you such as arranging for a product to be sent to you.

 

For customers who have made an online purchase from our store we may occasionally update you on our special offer and latest news. 

You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us and selected third parties when you become a member of Speedworks
