AIRTECH CARBON - THE SOLE PATTERNED TO THE CYCLIST'S FOOT

It is made out in a monocoque mold to eliminate the external counter and to wrap totally the foot.The AIRTECH sole is composed 100% of Carbon fiber UD FAW:150. Today this kind of carbon fiber is widely applied in the aerospace business for its extreme strength, elasticity, flexibility and resistence to impacts. Stronger than the steel but, in the same time, with high thermo- stable characteristics. The AIRTECH sole becomes a body only that breathes thanking the frontal hole, protected from a micro nylon-mesh, and the innovative insole. It is realized in a totally anatomic shape too and it has micro holes of 3mm of diameter. The surface of the insole has pressure lines that show the points where the foot pushes more and it’s closer to the sole. UPPER MICRO - MICROFIBER OF 1 MM THICKNESS

From DMT research and development laboratories over the raw materials applying to cycling shoes is born the new upper MICRO1. MICRO1 is a microfiber that with 1mm only of thickness garantees an absolute lightness. Many lab tests gave to DMT the idea to apply it to the thermofixed upper, seamless, in its own top model road, Vega. Lightness, softness, high resistence and comfort: they are the features that give to Vega more uniqueness and prowess.

NYLON MESH MICRO AIR CELL - MICRO AIR CELL 

The innovative upper MICRO1 is combined to the nylon mesh MICRO AIR CELL that is born thanking a know-how 100% Made in Italy. A mesh in nylon JP361 transpirant, anti-allergy, developped to obtain the maximum aeration through its honeycomb structure that is so thin but very strong. Closing the MICRO1 to the MICRO AIR CELL, an upper never realized till today is born. Two innovative materials that thermofixed one to the other, wrap the cycling’s foot that feels the extreme comfort only.
